Refund Modes

• Refunds (if applicable) only to patient’s bank account.
• Amount may instead be adjusted to other treatments for patient/family within 6 months.

Refund Process

• Written request to drbracesandfaces@gmail.com within 6 months of treatment start.
• Reviewed and refunded in 30–45 working days.
• Patient must return unused products (crowns, aligners, dentures, etc.).

Non-Refundable Items

• Consultations, X-rays, diagnosis, planning.
• Lab/fabrication charges once orders placed.
• Packages, memberships, and promotional offers.

Mandatory Deductions

• Aligners cancellation: ₹20,000
• Implants/orthodontic cancellation: ₹10,000
• Any other treatment cancellation: ₹5,000

No Refund Cases

• Treatment started/partially completed.
• Lab work already ordered.
• Patient stops treatment or doesn’t follow instructions.
• More than 6 months since treatment completion.
• Treatment continued elsewhere without consent.
• Products not collected in time causing fit issues.
• Advance under special offers/finance schemes.

Warranty Policy

• Crowns/bridges under manufacturer warranty → free replacement if cracked/chipped/dislodged.
• Original crown must be returned to claim warranty.
• Lost prosthesis → remake charges apply.
• Warranty covers prosthesis only, not tooth.
• Warranty claims are subject to case review by Dr Braces.
