Re-treatment Policy

Our re-treatment policy ensures patient satisfaction while maintaining fairness and clinical standards.

General Eligibility

• Within 6 months: re-treatment for filling loss, cementation failure, appliance breakage.
• Unsatisfactory results → re-treatment if patient was compliant with appointments and instructions.
• Failed treatments → alternate/re-treatment within 6 months.

Orthodontic Patients (Braces/Aligners)

• Valid up to 1 year after completion.
• Must have worn retainers/aligners, attended reviews, and reported issues immediately.
• Non-compliance → correction chargeable.

Implant Patients

• Valid within 1 year if patient followed post-op care, attended appointments, and maintained health parameters.
• Non-compliance/medical negligence → correction chargeable.

Relocation Cases

• Dr Braces is a single clinic. Relocating patients must continue treatment at their own cost.
• No refunds for relocation.

General Conditions

• Clinic may request medical reports/tests before re-treatment.
• Final decision rests with Dr Braces management team.
